Posting this a day late because I was still figuring out the menu for this week. But here it is!
Monday: No groceries, eat out
Tuesday: Sausage, Peppers and Onions over rice (got this idea from Jenna's Everything blog... awesome quick and easy meal!)
Wednesday: Sweet and Sour Chicken with bell peppers, pineapple (hopefully, if I can convince the hubby of their goodness) and rice
Thursday: Breaded Tilapia with Mango Salsa
Friday: Leftovers or eat out
Saturday: Hamburger Hash with rice
Sunday: Omelettes or Spaghetti
Treats for the Week: Dulce de Leche Ice Cream Pie
I just realized that looking at this menu for the week, we probably eat rice with our meals at least three or four times a week! This is how your life changes when you're married to the Cuban.
